Just made these and they are awesome! So much richer than I was expecting considering they don’t contain eggs.

I used coconut oil (which I use mostly now that I’ve read “The Coconut Oil Miracle”) and whole milk.

Either one works great. I’ve also done 1/2 and 1/2 and it’s fine. You just have to experiment to find your perfect texture. Yum!
