thank you so much for this heavenly, lip-smacking, delicious Salsa that made my evening yesterday. I was home alone, the babes asleep, hungry (what, me eating dinner at the same time as them? too stressfull, unfortunately. I just sit w/them and interact) when I got a message on bloglines for a new blog on WalkSlowly.
The Subject? Your ‘new’ HappyFoody blog which I love all the time, where I went through all the archives several times when you stopped posting and where I cooked several really yummy dishes off.

Anyway – I immediately made this salsa and ate it all on my own *blushing* with tortilla chips. As there was no feta cheese in my fridge I used goat cheese which was equally delicious and added a lovely creamy touch to this salsa. It will definitely be a keeper – thanks so much for this recipe!
