Just thought I'd mention here, since you pointed out the sad fact that you're allergic to mango that I have treated with an all-natural, "allegry elimination technique" for over a year now. I've struggled with allergies of all kinds for 10 years, but a year ago, my allergy symptoms went absolutely haywire. I knew I had to do something, but I was not okay with the current option offered by western medicine to people with severe allergies. My chiropractor told me about his wife, also a chiropractor, who practices this technique to eliminate allergies. And yes, it really does eliminate the allergy, not just treat the symptoms. It has been a very long and sometimes challenging road, but I praise the Lord every day for this technique which works with my body in the way God designed it. Anyway, here's the link to the technique's website:

I'd be sad, too, if I was allergic to mangoes...they're so delicious!

I freeze mango cubes for my little twin boys (almost 9 mo. old) and they love them! Mangoes have anti-viral properties, so I figure it's especially good to eat in winter. I love mangoes in smoothies too.
