The first two weeks we drank them with our regular diet and we noticed primarily that his blood pressure was dropping and his blood sugar was coming down a little bit. I make the traditional 60 fruit forty greens blend. Last Monday we decided to do a smoothie fast. In one week his blood pressure dropped to 117/64 and his blood sugar to 140. He doesnt medicate , refuses to , and this was an answer to prayer. He has way more energy our love life is back on track, we are both losing weight and I know that by next week his blood sugar levels will be normal. I recommend this so highly I cant even express how much it has done for both of us!! Good luck and go ahead and wade in , you&#039;ll be very pleasantly surprised!!!]]></description>

I read in one of the testimonials about going raw til supper... just wondering what that would look like?  I take my lunch to work, and I&#039;m new to the idea of eating mostly raw...
So what types of raw food are lunch-pail friendly and filling?
I usually start feeling low-blood sugar-y and woozy around 2pm if I haven&#039;t had my bagel!
Have you posted about this before?  I wasn&#039;t sure where to look in the archives!
