yummy! i just made- did it w/o the miso because i have trouble w/ soy sometimes. i may try the miso next time. it was very good w/o it but I do think the flax oil (which i DID use) gives it that anchovie/cesear taste!

Yum! This dressing really helped us transition off of regular store bought dressings when we were just starting out on this raw journey. We all LOVED it! I actually haven't made it in quite a long time, so THANK YOU for the reminder ... I think I'll whip some up tomorrow!

Hi Tami!
Congratulations on making such great changes...that's awesome. Miso can be found in the cooler section of your health food store...near the tofu and other soy products. Sometimes you can find it on the shelf in the Asian food section. You can easily leave it out ... but it does add a nice flavor.

Any advice on where to find miso in the store? I haven't found straight miso yet. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong area.
Today is day 4 of "raw till noon"...actually I've eaten raw until dinner. At dinner we have either vegetarian or I throw chicken in there. My husband and kids have are not completely on board with raw although I will admit joy that my husband opted for a green smoothie this morning! I am already feeling a little different. My energy level is better. Not the best but better. Coffee...all but gone. I have maybe 1/2 a cup and that's not until the late afternoon or evening. I drank several cups a day. And this morning when I woke up...oh my. I was awake! I didn't get to bed until after 11 but by 6 I was awake and ready to great the day.
