You are a girl after my own heart! I found your site on Emily Falconbridge’s site (I am an avid reader). It is a complete joy to find someone who delights in God’s creation just as much as I do and shares so many of the same values. This food blog rocks my socks. I am not a vegetarian, but we eat very little meat… so I am going to start trying your recipes out *one by one*. My hubbie and I own a natural health centre and are heading for CA this fall with our 6 yr old (she’ll be 7 by then), to do some business stuff. I am seriously excited about trying out the raw food cafes that you featured. I have also been inspired to spend the day in my kitchen making loads of goodies. Blessings to you and your sweet family! hi – just found your site, and am going to do the smoothie a day – but have a quick question – can the greens be frozen? We live in southern ontario and are putting in a massive garden to grow most of our own food – and I would like to be able to freeze the greens – that should be ok, eh? I have frozen fruit smoothies all the time, so i feel a bit like a geek asking if i can freeze the greens – but want to make sure anyway! THANKS
