Sarah...
I'm so sorry! That must be really awful. I have heard of that before, but don't really have an answer. I know that my SEASONAL allergies go away when I eat raw...and I know that many other allergies can go away when eating raw...

Not sure about this one though. Sorry I can't be of more help. I would definitely check out the chiropractor!!

Hey Sara,

I am definitely interested in alternative eating however, I have pretty significant food allergies. Have you heard of any natural ways to eliminate food allergies? I am allergic to almost ALL fruits and many uncooked vegetables. I don't have anaphylactic responses but don't want to push my body's limit and then be in big trouble. I can eat any cooked fruit (isn't that weird?) but the raw fruit, which is the yummiest, makes me itchy and miserable for a few hours after I eat it! Bummer! It makes eating healthy fruits and veggies really difficult. I've been to an allergist before but wondering if you've heard anything about natural options for allergy relief. I do have access to a Christian chiropractic clinic who claims allergy relief... I'm a bit skeptical. Thought you might have an opinion. Thanks!
