I love Thai, but still haven’t tried them. But, I am pregnant and they sound so good. I think I might pick some up when I am out later today.

We love our local place, The Thai Hut in Gig Harbor, WA.

I’ve only had a spring roll once, but it was SO GOOD. It had peanut dipping sauce. Yumm.

I love them, too! Do you have any good sauce recipes to share. The rolls I can make at home easily, but the sauce? Not so much!

Ok spring roll lovers…here is the recipe I posted some time ago on this blog. It’s THE BEST peanut sauce you will ever have.

I have only had them once, but I did buy some of the wrappers to try at home, any suggestions about what to put in them? It appears that these are all about the sauce. 🙂

We share the same addiction. I make them at home a couple of times each week and everytime we eat Thai out! I’ve been perfecting my peanut sauce and have also started making a cucumber dipping sauce. I’m pretty sure that I could survive on spring/salad rolls alone!
Oh, Heatherlee…I ate at the Thai Hut a few months ago when we were in the area to look at our future Airstream! Great place and great food!! I love Gig Harbor!

Words to Eat By

"It is easier to change a man's religion than to change his diet." -Margaret Mead

"I don't understand why asking people to eat a well-balanced vegetarian diet is considered drastic, while it is medically conservative to cut people open and put them on cholesterol lowering drugs for the rest of their lives." - Dean Ornish, MD

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
