LOVED IT!!!!!! I feel soooo much better now. Last month at this time, I was tired, achy, bloaty, and had terrible skin and my hormones were all over the place. I have faithfully drank my green smoothy every morning for the last month and the change that I can see if my self is incredible! 10.5 pounds gone! Mood swings, gone! Coffee, gone!! My skin looks awesome! I am so thankful that I came across your site when I did! Thanks Sara!

Hey Sara!
PLEASE HELP!!!
I am supposed to do a “raw food” presentation in November for a Natural Birth and Parenting group I am a part of here in NW Indiana. Boy, I wish you were going to be near, and I would have you do it! 🙂 I will be speaking to 25-50 people, most of them are natural minded already.
I have 2 hours, pleny of time.. I bought “FOOD MATTERS”, I thought of showing part of that.
What else would you do? Raw food demo? Make green smoothies? Juicing?
I would very much appreciate your thoughts and ideas.
Staci

Sara, have you heard of a product named “Fruit Fresh”? You sprinkle it over fruits to keep them from browning. Ingredients-Dextrose, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide. What is your opinion on using this product?
Thanks!
Vicki

Hey Sara
I just found your wonderful blog! I am a newbie raw foodie, not 100% raw not even 80% but I love eating raw and love all the health benefits from doing so. I am happy to see that you are more of a “what feels right” kind of eater and that is what I strive for.
I have a hard time sticking to what I know is good for me and was looking for some advice. I live with my bf who does not eat raw, he is actually severly allergic to all nuts except peanuts. I happen to love nuts and I find most recipes that I want to try raw use nuts ie: almonds or cashews. I know I could live off of veggies only but he is convinced that only eating veggies will not give him the energy he needs to do his job, a very active and physical one. I really want to transition us both but am not able to even transistion myself because I want to include him and want him to be satisfied with the meals I make. I know this may sound pathetic, ” i can’t commit to raw because of a boy”. But he is very supportive of my diet and wants to be a part if he can.
What can I do to 1) change his mind about the enegry from a plant based diet and 2) make some meals that are substantial for his stomach that are nut free and 3) how can one person in the relationship be raw if the other isn’t? I know this is a lot to ask of you. So if you have any helpful ideas that would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!
thanks agian, Cassandra
