We Like It Raw is a wonderful community of raw food enthusiasts…and I have talked about them before on my blog. I wanted to highlight one of their newer features, “My Way“. If you’re like me, you love to peek into other people’s lives and eating habits. My Way gives you a chance to do just that.

There are other sections of WLIW that I LOVE:

Thank you for the links— I especially like finding the Masala one, though I’ll probably spend my whole morning reading through all the sites!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi, my sister directed me to your site and I love it! Since my health issues, I have tried so many different things, but eating whole foods I’ve found is the best for me. I currently make our own whole wheat bread and granola and I actually bought a goat and I milk her so we can drink raw goat’s milk. I do want to try my best to eat raw fruits and veggies and I love the green smoothie thing! I was juicing for a while but found I wasn’t getting much fiber in my diet. I am definitely going to do it! Thanks for this site!

Words to Eat By

"It is easier to change a man's religion than to change his diet." -Margaret Mead

"I don't understand why asking people to eat a well-balanced vegetarian diet is considered drastic, while it is medically conservative to cut people open and put them on cholesterol lowering drugs for the rest of their lives." - Dean Ornish, MD

โ€œFinish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.โ€ โ€“ Ralph Waldo Emerson
