Words to Eat By
"It is easier to change a man's religion than to change his diet." -Margaret Mead
"I don't understand why asking people to eat a well-balanced vegetarian diet is considered drastic, while it is medically conservative to cut people open and put them on cholesterol lowering drugs for the rest of their lives." - Dean Ornish, MD
βFinish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.β β Ralph Waldo Emerson

I am loving that site; and so much RAW goodness.
Sara, you mention an appreciation for Starbux. What is your favorite item(s) to enjoy when there?

Jean…I usually get one of the following:
*Decaf Soy Latte
*Iced Passion Tea Unsweetened
*Hot African Redbush Tea
I’ve cut way back on soy and don’t use it at home much, but I do have it in my lattes there for lack of any other options! π When I’m feeling like a treat I have one of the oatmeal raisin cookies. Because they are yummy.

Sara-Why are you cutting back on soy? I know there have been many ideas back and forth on this, but I’d like to hear your deciding factors. Thanks.

Melissa,
It’s hard to digest and is super processed…I do use/eat it on occasion, but definitely not regularly.
